Acoustic isolation of 50 mm of thickness formed by two layers of absorbent material and a heavy and flexible mass. This provides to the isolation
a low dynamic rigidity , low transmission and a high absortion of the noise caused by engines, compressors and vacuum pumps.
The system have 2 ultra quiet fans with a long life time. Airflow of 263 m3/h. The air is changed each 2 seconds. Exhaust cold air on the bottom part and the hot
air is extracted with more intensity on the top part. This way is created a negative pressure difference.
We have devised an easy access to the vacuum pump with an access for for pipe
and electrical cable, knurled screw (easy closing), lockable electrical connector and handles to rise the enclosure.
If the temperature inside the enclosure is higher than recomended, a red LED will light on and a warning alarm will sound continuously. If this happens, open the door to vent the vaccum pum and inspect fans for proper operation.
Remove the back blue cover (Knurled screw - easy closing)
Push the enclosure until the vacuum pum is inside. Guide the pipe and the cables through a polypropylene brush
Put the back blue cover. Connect the power supply to the electrical grid
Operate the switch to fans start to operating
